Why this blog
I needed a place where I could take notes of my informatics stuff.
In beginning, I took notes on pieces of paper, like almost all normal people do. But, soon, pieces of paper lost the fight against my tidyness: they invariably got lost after a variable period of time (often leading to zero).
Then, I switched to plain text files on my hard drive. It gone well, until the notes I took would had been useful on a machine other than mine; or else on my own machine - but working with another OS (wich, for Murphy’s law, could not access the precious data).
So, the idea was: Why not a web log?
And, that’s it!
